Please allow 1-3 business days processing time as we prepare your order.

Any bundles, skincare products, wigs, or Poised essentials IN STOCK will ship within 1-3 business days. (usually immediately)

Any items NOT listed on site as ready to ship will ship within 5-7 business days if there are no delays with the shipping company.

CUSTOM UNITS: Please allow 7-10 business days turnaround time for all custom unit orders as sometimes bundles are not always in stock.

COLORED UNITS: Please allow 7-14 business days turnaround time for all colored units they are not ready to ship.

PRE-ORDERS: Any item listen as pre-order will ship within 5-7 business days.

WE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS BUT EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON EXTENSION IN IT'S ORIGINAL STATE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. WE WILL NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND SOME ITEMS MAY SHIP SOONER THAN LATER BUT THIS ISN'T ALWAYS THE CASE.
